U.S. Coast Guard approval for verification of ballast water cleaning technologies

DHI-DK ballast water centre has received the U.S. Coast recognition as Independent Laboratory (IL), in conjunction with DNV.

Our position as the first IL outside the United States of America will be very attractive to our Ballast Water Management System (BWMS) clients. We foresee promising opportunities for our ballast water business in the future.

With the above recognition in place, we have now initiated the process (in conjunction with DNV and the U.S. Coast Guard) of having our DHI Ballast Water Centre in Singapore recognised under the same banner as well.
