DHI Malaysia passes ISO 9001 certification audit

In February 2013, DHI Malaysia passed an audit for the official “ISO 9001: Quality Management Systems” certification from Det Norske Veritas (DNV). The quality management in DHI Malaysia has been audited against the best practice standard and found compliant.

In an increasingly quality-conscious world, this certification underlines our commitment to client satisfaction, performance and effectiveness. Our clients can now rest further assured that we will more than meet their expectations.

The successful certification audit is the result of substantial efforts of the entire DHI Malaysia team in implementing new ways of organising and delivering our work. In addition to Malaysia, several of our subsidiary companies already have certification in management of:

• quality (ISO 9001, ISO 17025)
• environment (ISO 14001)
•  health and safety (OHSAS 18001)

The development and implementation of the DHIbus – our all-electronic Business Management System – facilitated the ISO 9001 certification. All over the world, our clients will eventually experience one common approach to quality, environment and health & safety management in DHI Group.
